Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.

I have no idea about the very good question you have asked. Not that familiar with the subject.
Was coming from my memory of the ruckus among some circles back in the Clinton Administration about the “deal” with China, and then just now discovering that Trump was working on undoing it. Whether it relates to that photo? Have no idea, just searching for a clue, maybe in vain.

Dunno - suppose it is a possibility, but not sure we will ever know for sure.

And, then you have the “honesty plays” that you run to keep the defense honest. Right tackle dive that breaks free into the open and if the defense is overplaying...touchdown where it wasn’t intended. Or that 3rd & 3 fullback-draw that breaks free to score.
