Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this transformation as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

I still think indictments need to be unsealed by HUBER before DECLAS and then DECLAS + IG can proceed. I know that’s never been specified in “Q” drops but I think it’s the only logical way to proceed to protect the GJ testimony underlying any unsealed or pending indictments. TBD ;)

They are using the technicality that only existing wall is being replaced and no new locations are being walled. However, the original wall was put in the most needed places, so it makes sense that you would replace that wall first. They are simply being disingenuous to hurt POTUS.
