I just can’t figure out how Ann Coulter and the others can keep bleating about ‘no wall no wall They are using the technicality that only existing wall is being replaced and no new locations are being walled. However, the original wall was put in the most needed places, so it makes sense that you would replace that wall first. They are simply being disingenuous to hurt POTUS.
