Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.

More can sometimes be found scanning other places where “Q” is discussed and images are allowed..
For Meme backgrounds, try using the various search engines “IMAGE” sections while searching themes/words/phrases, etc. to fit what you’re trying to make.
You can often find the raw background image others have been using to make particular memes that way.
Then it’s just a matter of learning how to use a “paint” program or a free meme making/hosting service to apply text to an image and host the resulting meme someplace you can link to.

I’ve assumed “mispellings matter” apply to Q drops (what Q writes) and that they indicate a more precise meaning. I also have been assuming that F_I and CI_ were typed that way to confuse algorithms. But the computer geeks here will have the real answer for you - these are just my musings.
