Also has to do with someone posting on 8ch with a reply to a post on the previous bread. If you click on it without a mouse to hover over it, the click takes you back to the previous bread and you are no longer where you were on the board where you clcked on a /pb post.
It annoys the anons when newfags post thusly and so they call them out.
It happens when I surf on my iPad as I cannot hover as I can on desktop with mouse. It seems to be just as bad on phones.
