I did not view the video(don’t want nightmares) but just read the comments. Back and forth in the comments on where this was actually taking place.
My thought:
Maybe by delaying the signing of the bill, POTUS negates all the legal stay papers filed by the Dems. They may have listed Feb 15 as the signing date...which would be WRONG. So they would have to re-date and refine all their paperwork— AFTER President’s Day.
He gains 5 days before he can be stopped.
