These phrases below imply that Trump plans on following his constitutional rights no matter what he signed iin the “Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019” (the “Act”), which authorizes appropriations to fund the operation of a number of agencies in the Federal Government through September 30, 2019.
“My Administration will treat each of these provisions consistent with the President’s constitutional authorities with respect to foreign relations.”
And
“my Administration will continue the practice of treating provisions like these as advisory and non-binding.”

You can also plug the codes into the Books search under google, and it will return a list of books that seem related to Q subjects. Not sure what is being shown by this, but it seems too strange to be coincidence.
The original Anon post was talking about the long picture names, without the .jpg or .png, not the tripcodes. Q's tripcode stays the same until he changes it. The picture names are what I meant about typing into the Google Books search, as well.
However, it amazes me that the UN would have given him credence. How would they have known that the flag which is said to have taken from the Pentagon was THE (magic) FLAG...and given him the sovereignty of the whole North American continent???

You jogged an aging memory cell in my head. Much earlier, people were plugging in Q’s tripcodes and getting hits on Google books. They were initially believed to have been selected for a reason (e.g., one book purported to “debunk” God).
Then an Anon pointed out that Q wasn’t drawing his tripcodes from Google books or any other source, but that once Q used a tripcode, people were copying it and attaching it to books in Google to paint their own (distraction) narrative. Perhaps that’s what’s happened again - name of pic is posted in a drop and someone attaches it to a book. Just a possibility.
