Southwest passenger claims airline forced her to leave pet fish at airport

Lanice Powless, a University of Colorado student, was flying to California from Denver International Airport when she said a Southwest Airlines employee informed her that she would not be allowed to bring her pink beta fish, Cassie, onboard with her. Powless had gotten the fish her freshman year of college to combat loneliness she was feeling being away at school. The two formed a fast friendship, Powless said to 10News.

My daughter started when she was seven. She made her first solo overseas trip when she was eleven.

Just for the halibut, I have mullet this situation over.....and I think it was pretty crappie to bar this little barracutie from the flight.

If the fishie was in a lidded container there would be no smelt for the airline to worry about.

The owner has plenty to carp about, too.....the whole incident served no porpoise whatsoever. Southwest was just being bullheaded.....to the tuna losing the owner's bassness in the future.
