Raid was done to PROTECT Cain from a planned raid by the black hats, and was done pre-emptively by the white hats.

Once Cain’s name became public, Cain was in danger. We know what happens to those who cross the Clintons.

In my opinion, they have been CIA assets for the last 50 years.

The white hats took all the material, removing any pretext for a raid by the black hats on Cain’s home.
