I don’t quite understand this, because Soros’s reputed wealth ($26B, including the $18B “donated” to his non-profit) does not come close to the Y’s trillions. What does “replaced” mean?

Customs and Border Protection had deployed additional personnel to the border due to multiple planned protests on both sides. The personnel included Customs and Border Protection officers, U.S. Border Patrol agents and Air and Marine agents recently sent to the region.
San Diego police also readied on-duty officers Sunday afternoon to respond to the border division if needed.”

Yes, quite brilliant. After watching that video I went on a Fitts binge, starting at Solaris.com. All from a financial angle. All the money going for Black Ops. Why? She did not hit on any satanic stuff in all that I reviewed. She does seem to be a devoted Christian.
