WaComPost published an op-ed by Podesta today. But it’s interesting to me that no one has seen him in about 9 months. Who does that remind you of? They can’t pretend that all the DS big shots have brain cancer, can they? I’d be willing to bet a small sum of money that he is not running around loose right now. Did Podesta really write that op-ed? Or was it published in order to maintain the illusion that he is still breathing and free? I notice we get a fair amount of coverage of where the Klintoons are, where 0vomit is, but zip on a few of the other players, in particular the Podesta brothers.

Does Kerry still have a security clearance?

If the Left wants to characterize Kerry a a “regular citizen”, while negotiating with Iran, why in that capacity, should he have such a clearance?

He’s not an elected official, and has no position in the current administration. Sounds to me like treason. After all he did take the same oath as all other former members of the military.

The least that should happen is he be publicly stripped of the security clearance, with his activities given as a reason.

Mine was in response to a question asking whether Huber could work with a military tribunal.

I have the worst memory ever and am terrible at going to find stuff to post.

But I do know I read that, either in an EO or amendment to the military code of justice, or something, that indeed the AG (which would include Huber) and/or the Department of Homeland Security would be working in conjunction with the military on some tribunals or other.

Maybe some researcher type will be able to find that. I learned it from a Q post.

So, Defiant. Your basic premise is wrong, in this case.
