ACLU: (INFO) American Civil Liberties Union is a Civil Rights watch dog group that seems to only watch for Rights that matter to leftists and progressives. For example, this organization seldom supports the 2nd Amendment Right to keep and bear arms, or to support the Right of persons to speak on conservative issues. Recently members of the ACLU were exposed participating in organized efforts to censor conservative thought and discussion on Reddit when that they acted in concert with Gary Phillips' "BanOut2018" cabal to deliberately sabotage conservative social media SubReddit topics by posting abusive, non-compliant rule breaking posts that would eventually get the topic banned from Reddit by "Trolling" the Pro-Trump threads with the purpose of getting them shut down. According to top Reddit Moderators, in an article in BigLeaguePolitics the ACLU members, along with members of Media Matters, under the direction of Phillips, a CBS employee in charge of Digital Media in LA, coordinated attacks on multiple SubReddits to deny people their free speech rights thus censoring conservative discussion and thought. In addition, the ACLU has been remarkably silent in the Alex Jones bannishment from social media case, likely in part from similar coordinated efforts from the media. BanOut2018: (INFO) BanOut2018 is an organized group, a cabal, of Reddit users under the direction of a CBS Television employee named Gary Phillips, CBS's director of Digital Media in their Los Angeles office. BanOut2018 is a conspiracy to pretend to be Trump supporters Internet Troll conservative websites and pro-Trump SubReddits on Reddit with the goal of disruption, fomenting dissension, and starting arguments, and ultimately getting either conservative users, the pro-Trump threads, or the entire pro-Trump or conservative topics banned. According to Top Reddit Moderators an article in BigLeaguePolitics article, who described the technique is fairly simple on Reddit for them to get a SubReddit banned. A BanOut2018 member would join a conservative or pro-Trump SubReddit and start posting abusive, insulting, comments inciting violence, exposing private data, or otherwise violating Reddit rules of conduct. Other members of BanOut2018 would jump in and up-vote these rule-violating comments en-masse so they would rise in popularity above the normal comments in the SubReddit, naturally gaining the attention of Reddit moderators until they'd be deleted, getting a down grade for the entire topic. Enough frequent downgrades can get a SubReddit thread and eventually the entire topic banned. According to the Top Reddit Moderators who described the technique, BanOut2018 was successful with this topic on /r/The_GreatAwakening SubReddit and all similar topics, which were discussion about Q, the second most popular topic on Reddit, completely banished! Members of BanOut2018 have been identified as being members of the ACLU and Media Matters. There is a closed, private SuBReddit for coordination of their activities and which areas on Reddit and other websites where they plan on attacking. Blumenthal, Sydney (INFO) Sidney Stone Blumenthal is a journalist, activist, writer, and a long-time political aide to Democratic politicians. He is a former aide to President Bill Clinton; a long-time confidant of Hillary Clinton, an official aide to her when she was Secretary of State. Blumenthal was also formerly employed by the Clinton Foundation; and a journalist, especially on American politics and foreign policy. Blumenthal is also the author of a multivolume biography of Abraham Lincoln, The Political Life of Abraham Lincoln. A 2014 State Department email from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's aide Sid Blumenthal that was declassified and released in 2015 in which Blumenthal states as a fact that Bob Woodward, author of the latest Trump "Hate-ography" book Fear, has been an "FBI asset" since the days of Deep Throat.

Media Matters: (#1074) Media Matters for America is a web-based, not-for-profit, 501©(3) politically progressive research and information center dedicated to comprehensively monitoring, analyzing, and correcting conservative "misinformation" in the U.S. media. Misinformation is, in the opinion of Media Matters, anything that is not "Politically Correct" or that does not comport with Leftist, progressive talking points, or the Progressive narrative. Reddit (#2165) Reddit is a social media content-sharing, blogging, and commenting site which held itself out as a place where free speech reigned supreme. Ironically, on September 12, 2018, the Q discussion SubReddit area on Reddit called /r/The_GreatAwakening was abruptly banned with no warning, due to "Inciting violence, harassment, and dissemination of personal information." It is highly unlikely that any of the participants making comments on those threads, unless they were deliberate trolls, made any such comments. It is quite obvious the SubReddit was taken down for political reasons because of the political pro-Trump content. Previously, the same week as the take down of the Q discussion area, Reddit also took down a comedy discussion area for MillionDollarExtreme and associated subs /r/BillionShekelSupreme and /r/ChadRigh, belonging to what the administrators term an "Alt Right Comedy Troop. The reason again was described as content that violated Reddit's new content codes, specifically "violent content." In other words, it wasn't Liberal, Progressive, politically correct content.
Steve Huffman, better known on Reddit as spez, is the co-founder and current CEO of Reddit and responsible for the current censorship. BigLeaguePolitics broke the story that Top Moderators from Reddit revealed that it was an organized cabal of left-wing posters who organized the take down of /r/The_GreatAwakening on Reddit. A CBS employee, using a group of lefties, including "More than 30 covert left-wing actors have been identified coordinating with the plotters, including activists linked to Media Matters and the ACLU," who call themselves "BanOut2018, pretending to be Trump supporters posted inflammatory commentary in the Q forums which would instantly be given comparatively large numbers of up-votes by their organized cronies. These high positive responses to violent and harassing comments, which violate the rules of Reddit, naturally bring the moderators attention to the SubReddit. Phillips, Gary: (INFO) Gary Phillips is a Los Angeles CBS employee who is coordinating a PsyOps organization of multiple left-wing astro-turfing posters on social media websites pretending to be Trump supports, posting inflammatory commentary with the intent of fomenting discord and ultimately getting the threads and/or topics banned. They have a name for their effort of "BanOut2018" which reveals their intent to banish any discussion of Pro-Trump or conservative thought. Reddit moderators have identified Phillips as the coordinator of the postings that were behind the decision to ban the /r/The_GreatAwakening SubReddit Q discussion board on Reddit and all discussion about Q on Reddit. The method was for one of his acolytes to post something to the SubReddit advocating an act of violence, harassment, or exposing some personal information, all of which were deliberately against Reddit rules of conduct, and then the other members of Phillips' cabal, would jump in giving the offender's comment up-votes. These offending comments, with their confirming up-votes which bring them to the top of the SubReddit, would naturally bring them to the attention of the administrating moderators, and cause the topic to gain demerits. Sufficient demerits and negative reports would eventually cause the administration to ban the topic entirely. That was the goal that "BanOut2018" has set out to accomplish in numerous pro-Trump websites and social media sites. It is deliberate and effective. Brown, Jerry: (#1178) California Governor Edmund Gerald "Jerry" (Moonbeam) Brown is a politician serving as the 39th and current Governor of California since 2011. A former lawyer, Brown has previously held the position of governor of California from 1975–1983. Brown is a liberal, progressive Democrat. He is the California's longest-serving governor. His father, Pat Brown, served as the 32nd Governor of California from 1959–1967. Brown has ignored President Trump's withdrawal from the Paris Climate Accords and has committed California to meeting the State to meeting the goals of the accords by 2050, setting carbon emissions standards intended to "reach zero carbon emissions by 2050." He has also signed the most draconian gun control laws in the nation, ignoring the US Supreme Court's Heller Decision, and has signed legislation to require that only "smart guns," which can only be fired by their electronically identified owners, be sold within the borders of California, that background checks be made for even the sale of a single bullet, and that all new firearms must micro-stamp a unique identifier on each cartridge case and bullet that leaves the gun on firing, an impossibility with the technology available today. These are all efforts to make economically firearms too expensive to own, thus eliminating them by the back door approach around the 2nd Amendment.
Campbell, Josh: (#1316) Josh Campbell was Supervisory Special Agent with the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation conducting national security and criminal investigations, including an assignment as Special Assistant to former FBI Director James Comey. He is now a "journalist" and analyst with CNN, supposedly covering national security, crime, and justice issues. He wrote a New York Times opinion piece on "Why I am leaving the FBI" in which he criticized the Donald Trump administration for the criticism President Trump was levying against the agency and Special Counsel Robert Mueller's Trump/Russia probe. Q informs us that Campbell was given a choice to resign or be fired, i.e. "force fired." (See FBI JC, James Comey).
Dorsey, Jack: (#522, #1379) Twitter CEO Jack Patrick Dorsey is a computer programmer and Internet entrepreneur who is co-founder (with Noah Glass) and CEO of Twitter, and founder and CEO of Square, a mobile payments company. Q refers to Dorsey as @Jack, a reference to the means of addressing members of the Twitter community. Twitter is a social media platform website that has had difficulty in finding a means of monetizing its business model. Lately Twitter has been in the news for President Donald Trump's frequent Tweets (the short, now 288 character limited messages that are the posts made on the Twitter platform) the president uses to get his message out, avoiding the Main Stream Media's censorship. Twitter itself is censoring conservative users deleting Tweets, shadowbanning member's accounts and Tweets, and outright banning members who post material that the managing administrators do not agree with politically or that does not toe the "politically correct" line. Shadowbanning is the practice of making a user and his Tweets/posts effectively invisible to any followers/subscribers of his/her Tweets. This practice was exposed in an undercover video made by James O'Keefe's ProjectVeritas reporters. Even President Trump's account was blocked for a few hours for "hate speech" by an administrator. When brought to the management's attention, it was explained away as a glitch in an algorithm, and not deliberate. Q brought Dorsey to Anon's attention for being mentioned in a conversation with Democrat House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi in Q drop #1379. On September 13, 2018, Dorsey's company announced that phrase "Illegal alien" would get any Tweet blocked from being posted as "Hate Speech. (See Nancy Pelosi, Twitter).

McCabe, Jill: (#247) Jill McCabe is the wife of now fired former FBI Assistant Director Andrew McCabe. Q said wives are important and to follow the “Wife's connection?” and “Follow the wives.”. Jill McCabe is a medical doctor with a specialty in Pediatrics. She worked in her own clinic where she was a partner, and then as an Emergency Pediatric Specialist. She also is a medical administrator as the Medical Director of three departments at Inova Loudoun Hospital: the Pediatric Emergency Department, the Pediatric Hospitalist Services and the outpatient Concussion Program. She also recently worked with Inova on the opening of the Pediatric Urgent Care at Dulles South; previously served as Vice Chair and Chair of Pediatrics; and serves as the Vice President of the Medical Staff. As the Democratic Candidate to run for a Virginia State senate seat, Dr. Jill McCabe received almost $700,000 from Virginia Governor Terry McCauliffe (D), money which came from the Hillary Clinton campaign. This money was transferred to her at the same time as her husband was supervising agents who were handling the Clinton email server investigation at the FBI. Her husband did not inform the FBI of the donation and claimed he was not campaigning for her, yet campaign ads were prominently showing him campaigning as the FBI Deputy Director. I did watch it.

The case they cited and discussed, which I have read, but which you clearly have not, is from WW2. Four German spies landed on the coast, in South Carolina I think, after being dropped off by a sub. Their task was to commit acts of sabotage and conduct espionage. They got caught. One of them was technically a US citizen, born in the US of German parents who later returned to Germany. He claimed he couldn’t be tried in a military court, but had to be tried in a civilian court, because he was a US citizen.

The US Supreme Court begged to differ. He was an enemy combatant just like the other 3, even though he was a US citizen caught on US soil and he was not engaged in a battle on a battlefield.

That precedent came back to relevance after 9/11, when there were some Arab and other Muslim US citizens who were getting caught as members of al qaeda, who were fighting us abroad, or within the US as part of groups that were planning terror attacks. One was that kid from San Francisco who got caught in Afghanistan by those CIA guys.

There was a controversy about whether those types could be tried by a military tribunal, and/or sent to Gitmo. That controversy would have involved Kavanaugh, as he was part of legal staff in the Bush admin at the time. That is what Kavanaugh and Linda were discussing in the hearing, and the Supreme Court precedent is what they cited. That issue has not reached the SC to be reconsidered, which is probably a good thing, because the left does not want terrorists and other enemies of the nation tried by the military.

I suggest nobody should here should waste their time arguing with a person as ill-informed and as inappropriately self confident as yourself. You know so much that is wrong, it is a wonder you can remember when to spew it out.

As everyone knows by now, No Name expired about a month later, on "National Dog Day."

This has led some to surmise he was legally executed as the result of a secret trial, presumably military.

But IMO it had to be he was allowed to SUICIDE, in return for NOT REVEALING HIS NAME in conjunction with some VERY BAD future indictments, which would have permanently poisoned what is left of his legacy.
