I also found that a close read of Mueller’s recently revealed response to the Manafort case court revealing.

It speaks about how in this case the full scenario of remedies envisioned by the FISA laws and that other things discovered within his mandate had indeed invoked the need to coordinate between the full Executive Branch to coordinate caseload and other efforts between its parts. (If I read it right...)
