It wasn't youth, it was time living inside the United States which gave the right to provide the right to pass on citizen ship off shore IF he was born off shore. . . according to the law in effect at the time Obumba was born. Exactly how old she was is somewhat irrelevant. . .

"At the time he was born, US law afforded citizen by descent to a child born abroad of parents married to one another, where one parents was not a US citizen but the other was, if and only if the citizen parent had resided in the United States (or its outlying territories) for a total of at least ten years, at least five of which had occurred after the age of 14. Since Stanley Ann Obama was 18 years, 8 months, and 6 days old on the day of Barack’s birth, she could not possibly have resided in the United States for five years after her 14th birthday, and thus she could not pass citizenship by descent."

Stanley Ann would have had to have been nineteen to have passed on her citizenship rights to Obumbly.

This is, of course, all predicated on whether or not he was born somewhere other than inside the USA.

I find that highly unlikely since the Dept of Health had ALL the birth records. A news person would just go to the D of H and get all them to put in the paper.

The first laws requiring reporting of births and marriages began in 1842, but many of those early records have not survived. In 1896, the Department of Health was given the responsibility for registering births.

The Department of Health has the following records of birth: •Hawai'i: 1877-date •Kauai & Niihau: 1896-date •Maui & Molokai: 1896-date •Oahu: 1863-date

From 1911-1972, a person born in Hawai'i but whose birth was not registered could apply for a delayed certificate, commonly known as a Delayed (Hawaiian) Birth Certificate. Births prior to 1911 are included, and all of these records can be found at the Department of Health.

But that assumes Obama was born in Kenya. Which seems implausible, given that there was a birth notice in the Hawaii Newspaper at the time. What woman would fly to Kenya in 1960 to have a baby? Ann was in Hawaii in the year before his birth, we know that.

Anyone could post that notice by calling the paper. . . the grand parents lived there. Also, Hawaii was very easy to get a Birth Certificate for anyone born anywhere, yet no one can come up with a legitimate one for BHO. . . and the one's he's come up with are blatant forgeries made in photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.

The Long Form BC has at least 53 layers, some of which are rotated at 90º and 180º and others are in differing resolutions from the base security paper blank form. The excuse of the Obambi camp is those were artifacts of the scanner they used to copy the original, but scanners cannot do such things as picking out pieces of the monolithic image they're scanning and select areas to rotate or scan at different resolutions, or putting in some areas in vector graphics and some in raster scan. That is just impossible to have come from a scanner.

It is also impossible (or highly unlikely) for a 1961 era typewriter to have kerned or micro adjusted spaced typeset like typing. . . or multiple typefaces on a standard form filled out. It really is a poorly done, amateurish attempt at a fraud. . . and hundreds of thousands of graphic artists saw it immediately.
