Former US Attorney for the District of Columbia told Sean Hannity on Wednesday night that we are going to see several criminal charges against a number of top DOJ-FBI officials.
Former US Attorney for the District of Columbia Joe diGenova says several senior DOJ and FBI officials will face criminal charges.
Joe diGenova: We are heading toward a very sad ending for the FBI and senior DOJ officials. McCabe is gone because Wray knows whats in the other emails and other texts The investigation that is underway is going to lead to criminal charges against a number of people. What you are seeing coming out now in the text messages is just the minimum of what is available now to DOJ officials I believe that several high FBI officials will be charged criminally.
This is the largest law enforcement scandal in history for this reason. The activity for McCabe and others, and Bruce Ohr and others, were designed to subvert the Constitution and a national election the most serious offense under our Constitution.
I hope so, Joe, I hope so...............But I’m not optimistic.......The FBI will circle the wagons to protect its own..................
If it’s the “most serious under our constitution”, then the death penalty should be on the table.
The pisser is it’ll stop at that level. Comey, Hillary, Obama won’t be charged.
Buzz off.
Thanks Signalman.

And we will believe it when we see it.
We keep wanting to believe that the Democrats see politics as nothing more than selecting the best person for a government job.
They dont look at politics that way.
Politics, to Democrats, is the process of putting thieves into public offices so that they have access to the public treasuries in order to loot them.
Color me doubtful. We haven’t seen a corrupt official in the DOJ, FBI or the Oval office face the music yet. I doubt seriously we are going to see it anytime in the near future.
I do hope he’s right, but apparently they are truly ‘untouchable’ up to this point.
Treason is still a crime, and the actions of this collective of Trump hating government employees rises to the point treason... So why is there no grand jury being assembled? Why are these people being allowed to ‘resign’ or even worse, keep their jobs while the evidence mounts on a daily basis that treasonous acts were committed?
Won’t happen as long as Sessions is AG.
__IF__ it happens, they plea down to something like jaywalking then retire with pension. The plea will take months or years if needed to improve their pension.
I hope I’m wrong, but I can’t see DC (Rs & Ds) accepting any serious charges against Obama’s people. Trump can push back and insist on justice - and get nothing else done. Or he can use it to make deals. The best hope for us is that the deals include cleaning up the DOJ and FBI going forward (many resignations and new processes and oversight) along with a lot of other legislation.
I hope they sweep their broom all the way back to Vernon Jordan
No, but you'll see conspiracy of treason, and misprision of treason, but not sedition (overt) or treason (covert)...plus obstruction of justice, Section 1983 violations, lying, destruction of evidence, lying to congress, perjury, deprivation of rights, etc.
Color me skeptical, very skeptical indeed. Hope I am wrong, for I would love to see it be so.
It is absolutely sickening to hear these folks say “McCabe is gone” or “Lois Lerner is gone” BUT THEY ARE NOT BECAUSE WE ARE STILL PAYING THEM AND THEY ARE NOT IN JAIL!!!
WHEN WHEN WHEN, JUSTICE???
Let me know when the NYT Headline says OBAMAGATE.
guess you are threatened when anyone attacks your God Anderson Cooper you joyless mud turtle of a troll.
“What difference, at this point, does it make?”
Exactly.
That needs to be repeated and emphasized. And the criminal charges need to extend all the way to the top. This will NOT be over if it is limited to just a few FBI/DOJ employees. As far as I’m concerned Strzok and Page are minor players in this criminal enterprise.
Quite correct, by definition.
But, alas, it appears today we have too few politicians made of the same stuff as the founders. Thus, future traitors will more easily believe it possible.
