The first that comes to mind for me: "E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial". Sappy and overly sentimental.
(And while I'm at it, "Titanic")

His WORST movie ( which is saying something, since BLUE JASMINE and a few others are also bottom of the barrel ) and you like that one? Good grief!

Yes...some of us are still around. :-)
And I have ALWAYS hated the Dr. Suess books so refuse to see the films.

I only like it for the quote: “I object, your honor! This trial is a travesty. It’s a travesty of a mockery of a sham of a mockery of a travesty of two mockeries of a sham.”
But otherwise, it is worthless, too.

My response was to #341, not #342...

Oh, yes! Please make sure History of the World is on it-loved Madeline Kahn yelling at her litter bearers-my tits are falling off! when they were bouncing her around too much.

Me too. Since my brother got them in what must have been about 1960. I cannot tell you how much contempt I have for the public schools which make a big holiday out of Seuss’s birthday.

Blazing Saddles just seemed like a bunch of white people seeking to assuage their racial guilt but by worshipping blacks. Hey, its like many of us live in that movie!

The new planet of the apes was hysterically awful. Every time one of them rode up on a horse like Riosyer Cogburn it was so terrifblynridiculiua.
