A Muslim man from Dearborn is suing Little Caesars for $100 million claiming he was served pepperoni made with pork, which is a food prohibited by Islamic law.
Mohamad Bazzi says he ordered halal pizza twice from a pizza shop on Schaefer in Dearborn. He claims the boxes were labeled “halal,” but the pizzas inside were topped with regular pepperoni.

According to the lawsuit, Bazzi ate the pepperoni without realizing it was pork. The suit includes a copy of a complaint filed with the Dearborn Police Department following the alleged incident.
Halal is the Muslim equivalent of Judaism’s kosher, and requires that meat be prepared according to Islamic guidelines, such as reciting a prayer while the animal is killed. Halal pepperoni is typically made with beef.
Attorney Majed Moughni filed the suit on behalf of Bazzi and other customers whom he says were similarly misled by the business that caters to a large number of Muslim customers by offering “Halal Pepperoni.”
The lawsuit reads, in part:
“Plaintiff, a devote Muslim, brings this class action lawsuit after Defendants LITTLE CAESAR PIZZA, LITTLE CAESAR ENTERPIRESES, INC, DENISE, manager, and other JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, employees sold Pork pepperoni when Plaintiff ordered Halal Pepperoni, a strict violation of Michigan state Law (MCL 750.297f), Wayne County Ordinance, the Wayne County Halal and Kosher Anti-Fraud and Truth-In-Labeling Ordinance (Chapter 159-1), but, most importantly, the Islamic Law that prohibits Muslims from eating Pork! Plaintiff bring this action as the public has a right to know about this fraud that is being perpetrated in the Dearborn, Michigan, the community with the highest concentrations of Muslims in North America.” [View a copy of the lawsuit]
Little Caesars has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
So he ate the evidence, then expected to win his lawsuit without evidence?
Isn't there a penalty for barratry: filing frivolous, harassing, and/or groundless lawsuits?
Here’s an idea, ACCCHHHHmed. One of the great things about the American way is when you’re stuck with lemons, there’s a golden opportunity to make lemonade. Instead of wasting time and $$$ bitching and moaning and litigating why not partner up with your pal RaCCCHHHHeem and open your own halal compliant pizza joint? I grew up near the Hasidic areas of Monsey and New Square and that’s what some Orthodox Jewish entrepreneurs did, open a couple of Kosher pizza places, and Chinese take outs. These places have been thriving for over 45 years and are actually pretty good. But given the unholy alliance of Marxism and Islam I suppose capitalism isn’t very....halal.

Under islamic law, if some one serves you pork and you eat it without you knowing it’s pork, it’s all okay.
Little Caesars “caters to a large number of Muslim customers”. Halal pepperoni... Ha ha! Watch... little Caesars will switch to all halal pepperoni to avoid that mistake again!
During Ramadan, they fast during daylight hours, and can eat when it’s dark.
What the restaurants need to do is to xerox pictures of pepperoni pizza and cut the paper pep’s out and use them.

Maybe there is a certain color or texture to his bowel movement and he put it in a little bag and presented it as evidence.

Being Dearbornistan, I’m going to venture a guess that there are at least a few muzzie-run pizza places around that he could have gone to. His choice to get Little Caesar’s was most likely for the primary purpose of having a problem with the food.
Just a good thing he wasn’t a gay vegetarian. Then they would have been in REAL trouble.
1. That’s what you get for ordering from a nationwide chain instead of your local.
2. If he ate the whole thing, screw him. Next order will be bacon and cheese.
3. Why would a Muslim order from a pizza chain whose logo is reminiscent of the roman empire? Get pizza from Little Mohammed next time.
