Publicity stunt by husband-and-wife team to advance her hoped-for Hollywood career.
All those photos of them are taken by a professional for a portfolio.

That’s exactly what we were just speculating. Not necessarily the husband, but someone paid it..

Can’t believe she was found alive. I was sure she’d never be heard from again until hunters stumbled across her remains.

Indeed. It said she was kidnapped by two Hispanic women in an SUV.
I’d suspect drugs were involved. The police interviewed her husband and decided he was not implicated in her kidnapping, but it’s very possible that he owed a debt to drug dealers or some such thing and they decided to “teach him a lesson.” Or possibly even that it was mistaken identity.
But it is weird.

She two was treated for injuries and reunited with her husband, Keith. You expect details from a reporter that makes a mistake like this?

Sounded hinky to me from the get-go.

Why would 2 females abduct her? Then let her go? If it wasn’t ransom, surely not sex.

The police and the victim are not obligated to release details of a crime. Especially when doing so may hinder the location and arrest of the suspects.
