A very interesting speculation and frightening theory about the upcoming election and the next four years of U.S. government.
At first I thought it a bit farfetched. But as I thought about it, maybe it could happen!
The theory as explained:
"I believe that Hillary Clinton will win the election in November," . "Then, sometime between November and January, Hillary will be indicted. The IRS is now investigating the Clinton Foundation and the whole e-mail thing isn't over yet."
"Once under indictment she won't be able to assume the Office of the President in January. Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency."
"The Speaker of the House can't move up to it because there is already a sitting President and Vice President. So President Obama, in an Executive Order citing "emergency situation," gives himself another four years in office as the only way possible."
Obama has been planning this for a while now, knowing he has enough on Hillary to indict her. Had the Attorney General indicted her based on evidence from the FBI this plan wouldn't have worked because the DNC would have quickly come up with another candidate.
If you think about it, it's not that outrageous. Many people on the left, including the President, want Obama to stay another four years. The law prohibits him from being re-elected so the only way he can do it is by declaring martial law and suspending the election (which would be a very negative thing for the country) or to declare himself still President because the elected candidate cannot assume her duties.
The latter makes more sense and is actually more feasible. And since it's never been done before, it would set a precedent that would be difficult to challenge.
Of course, if Trump wins the election none of this is going to happen. But what if it is correct? Four more years of Obama and a mostly use less House and Senate would give Obama the time he needs to continue destroying/changing the country to fit his stated goals.

I don’t think the “Just-us” department will indict HillaryBillary ... heck, the FBI won’t even recommend indictment after showing documented proof of HillaryBillary’s malfeasance ....

The Nov election chooses electors.
The Electoral College meets in December. That body chooses the next president. In theory, they can choose anyone they want (Hillary, Kaine, Biden, Warren, etc.) except someone not eligible (Bill, Obama, Queen Elizabeth, etc.)
If the Electoral College cannot do their job, the US House chooses the president in January.
Seems purely ridiculous.
Who says an indicted person can’t be elected president?
Besides, if indicted before being elected, the electors elected as Democrats are free to elect Kaine instead. Or Biden. But not Obama, as he is ineligible.
If indicted after being elected, she resigns upon conviction, and Kaine becomes president.
You might try giving the Constitution a read.
I saw the same speculation earlier this year about the Clinton email scandals. The FBI just had to recommend indictments, Clinton would pull out of the race, and Biden would take her place. IF the FBI did not act, many agents would publicly resign and so would Director Comey as he was such a man of integrity. Does anyone know of a single resignation from the FBI?? And has anyone found an ounce of integrity in FBI Director Comey, formerly of Goldman Sachs?? Does anyone think that if Hillary is elected, the IRS would have any more integrity than they’ve had the past eight years?? Tosh.
Yep, and Hillary’s electors would be free to pick another person.
The 20th amendment covers this.
Wait... Queen Elizabeth is ineligible? Now Lyndon LaRouche needs a new VP! How about Princess Anastasia? Napoleon Bonyparts?
The 20th amendment provides for what happens if the President-Elect dies before Jan. 20, or fails to qualify...the VP-Elect becomes Acting President. But why would being indicted prevent Hillary from taking office? Anyway, Obama can grant her a full pardon and make the process moot.

That indictment ship has sailed, Obama couldn’t continue on anyway unless he wanted Civil War. And Trump is going to win anyway.
Just get everyone out to vote.
