Put down whatever you are smoking. A third Obama term ain’t ever gonna happen. The only way it does is with Hillary as Pres. Not Obama, congress wouldn’t allow it, the military wouldn’t allow, the SC wouldn’t allow it.

I don’t think the “Just-us” department will indict HillaryBillary ... heck, the FBI won’t even recommend indictment after showing documented proof of HillaryBillary’s malfeasance ....

It’s silly.

The Nov election chooses electors.

The Electoral College meets in December. That body chooses the next president. In theory, they can choose anyone they want (Hillary, Kaine, Biden, Warren, etc.) except someone not eligible (Bill, Obama, Queen Elizabeth, etc.)

If the Electoral College cannot do their job, the US House chooses the president in January.

Seems purely ridiculous.

Who says an indicted person can’t be elected president?

Besides, if indicted before being elected, the electors elected as Democrats are free to elect Kaine instead. Or Biden. But not Obama, as he is ineligible.

If indicted after being elected, she resigns upon conviction, and Kaine becomes president.

The 20th amendment covers this.

The 20th amendment provides for what happens if the President-Elect dies before Jan. 20, or fails to qualify...the VP-Elect becomes Acting President. But why would being indicted prevent Hillary from taking office? Anyway, Obama can grant her a full pardon and make the process moot.

Unfortunately, it’s not very hard thing to do....

That was not always the case...

That indictment ship has sailed, Obama couldn’t continue on anyway unless he wanted Civil War. And Trump is going to win anyway.

Just get everyone out to vote.

Once under indictment she won't be able to assume the Office of the President in January

Why not?

Tim Kaine, who will not actually be the Vice President because neither he nor Hillary have been inaugurated, cannot assume the Presidency

If the President elect has died or has not qualified, the Vice President elect shall serve as President (XX Amendment §3).

Other than that, Mrs. Lincoln, how was the play?

If a president dies or withdraws from their obligation to serve as president before the electoral college meets, the electors would be free to cast their ballots according to their conscience and could theoretically elect whom they wish. If they fail to elect someone by majority vote then the House of Representatives would elect the next president. If the death or refusal to serve comes AFTER election by the electoral college then the Vice-President-elect would become President.

The real constitutional crisis would come if BOTH the President and VP elects died or were in some way prevented from becoming President. I should note that most constitutional scholars believe that no court can prevent a lawfully elected President from discharging the duties of their office. Congress alone can remove a president and only by impeachment.

Criminal indictment would not bar any lawfully elected person from assuming office, though their term might be very short.

don’t worry your pointy little head. look at the income stats of the swing states. look at the hildabeast spend in fla and other major non commie states. Then look at whats happening in the afro-America community.

Just wait until the media starts reporting Obama claimed he was born in kenya in 1991 as part of a new writer bio.

If the illegal sealing of the Epstein plea agreement is opened by his sex slaves, hildabeast and the demicommies could be over for ever. If it comes after the witch is elected even the dims will have to jettison her or face the anger of the kids
