Oregon women seeking shelter from homelessness or abusive men are being forced to share sleeping and bathroom facilities with men who “self-identify” as a woman. State anti-discrimination laws in that state require these women’s shelters to take in men who “self-identify” as a woman, a sheltered woman reported.
Malka Davis was trying to find shelter, like many other women, from living on the streets after running out of options, she wrote in an opinion piece in The Oregonian. While returning to the shelter one day, Davis noticed several of her female shelter companions in distress. She said one woman had “left the shelter in terror.”
Why? The shelter admitted a man to the facility who “self-identified” as a woman. The realization of a man in their midst brought shock and fear to the female residents of the shelter.
This illustrates the transgender “bathroom issue” is not about bathrooms at all. These aggressive policies are much broader in their scope and intent. In many cases, like the Target transgender policy or the Fort Worth school district situation effecting bathrooms and locker rooms, the policies go to areas where women are changing clothes or showering. The policies usually include the “self-identify as a woman” phrase meaning the man does not actually have to be transgender, but can simply make the claim that they “self-identify” as a woman on that particular day.

The “trans” gender are the “T” in “LGBT”.
Could it be that, now that we have national homosexual marriage, that these “LGBT” activists have decided to move on to other items on their agenda????
People will call this an unintended consequence, as they often do to cover for the evil in this world. It is like saying a turd is an unintended consequence of dinner, what utter hogwash!

"Womens Libbers" are such hypocrites. For starters, hillary's enabling of Bill's bad behavior is unacceptable to women who really care about the issue of abuse. Add to that, if they were really into liberation, they'd realize the first liberation that has to happen is liberation from fear.
This is what insanity does to people.
Political correctness always sacrifices innocent people on its altar. PC means that any specially-privileged, government-certified member of a victim group always trumps a normal person. Even if the result is loss of reputation, job, integrity, life.
So a misogynist who wants to beat up on some woman that he’s used to abusing, just claims to be a woman and gets open access to her?
But non dare call this a war on women.

The policy is an obvious attempt to remove all sexual distinctions in cultural attitudes and behavior. This dehumanization treats people as cattle with no respect for them as individuals. It is in absolute alignment with Islamic degradation of women as beasts.
As the rationale for additional genders continues to spin out of control, we are running into paradox after paradox, in which irreconcilable differences become more and more evident.
There is a version of bad judgment called “painting yourself into a corner”. The plan for introduction of all these new concepts was not well thought out.
But what did they expect, since they have avoided any exercise of critical thinking for their entire lives?
All hell’s going to break loose when men self identifying as women qualify for high school, college and even professional women’s sports teams. Scholarships, as well.
If they are barred from competitive sports with the reason given that they are not “biologically” women, then all these other accommodations are null and void for the same reason.

We have come full circle. The radicals who once claimed to support equal rights for women now want to marginalize women in the name of rights for the mentally ill.
How long before there are no more women’s sports teams, because they are filled by men claiming to identify as women? How long before women are afraid to go to public places, because they have no idea who might be lurking in the bathrooms claiming to identify as a woman? From the “take back the night” anti-rape activism, now liberals have moved towards enabling rapists and perverts.
Obama ushered in an era of pure insanity, from making the law accept the nonsensical concept of “gay marriage” to pushing women aside in favor of men who “identify” as women.
The country needs Trump. We need a return to sanity. And women need their rights back.
Conservatives would be well advised to just sit back, stay out of it and let the left sink themselves over this issue. This is a gift for Republicans.
