Pretty simple. There is no reason for the GOP Senate to confirm an Obama nominee. The GOP Senate does not have to confirm another Leftist hack like Sotomayor or Kagan. If they do then I am through. LET IT BURN!
This would be where we sit on them and watch the rino/goper/vichy repubs get voted out of office.

I left the Republican Party over 8 years ago. Congress will do what Congress does and will probably guarantee another civil war once the fascist take complete control to shred the rest of the Constitution.
I don’t believe recess appointments are lifetime. Only until the next Congress.

I'll tell you something that will likely encourage you to wet your pants.
If a SCOTUS nomination is allowed to be confirmed prior to the upcoming election (or any democrat nominee is allowed to be seated on the SCOTUS), this country will be put on a path to a guaranteed Civil War.
There is no if, and’s or but’s about it. The left is absolutely salivating at the possibility, and the rulings from a marxist ideologue SCOTUS will leave all too many patriots in this country with “nothing to lose”, and the bloodshed will begin in earnest in the not too distant future.
This WILL be fact, unfortunately.

Obama won due to overwhelming same day, late, questionable voter documentation.
MOSTLY due to same day registration/voting.
I’d add, that these children should not be allowed to vote.
(age up to 28 since they can’t wean themselves from their parents healthcare)
I acknowledge that the limit is 26, but there should be a training period until they can show that they are capable of being self sustainable.
Congress is under recess. Word is Obama could replace him tonight.
