Where do we come from? There are many right answers to this question, and the one you get depends on who you ask.
For example, an astrophysicist might say that the chemical components of our bodies were first forged in the nuclear fires of stars.
On the other hand, an evolutionary biologist might look at the similarities between our DNA and that of other primates' and conclude we evolved from apes.
Lisa Randall, a theoretical physicist at Harvard University, has a different, and novel answer, which she describes in her latest book, "Dark Matter and the Dinosaurs."
Randall has written other popular science books, including the New York Times bestseller "Warped Passages: Unraveling the Mysteries of the Universe's Hidden Dimensions." Her studies at Harvard explore theoretical particle physics and cosmology.
In her latest book, she posits that the extinction of the dinosaurs -- necessary for the emergence of humans -- is linked to dark matter. Dark matter is the mysterious, invisible matter that astronomers estimate makes up 85% of all matter in our universe.

Neal Adams thinks dark matter is seeded in the earth and water and matter exist as a result. The Lord may have had a hand in this - who is to say he did not.

It is a classical problem and solution in the scientific process — your equation doesn't balance so you create something that fills in the gap and give it a new name.
The fundamental law in science is that nothing in nature ever disappears. It may appear to or it may change, but it never disappears.
This is the basis for all theories.

Good point. The ether theory of 100+ years ago proves that scientific theories and scientists are flawed. Unfortunately, sometimes the scientists are unwilling to accept this fact. Scientists can be very dogmatic. After all, they are only human.

it played a crucial role in allowing our existence High IQ women like Lisa Randall tend not to pass on that gift of existence. It's a shame because children get most of their brain blueprint from their mother. Not only do high IQ women tend to toss their winning DNA lottery ticket away, they often trick a high IQ man to disappear from the gene pool with them. A cat shelter somewhere awaits their million dollar bequeathment.

There is only theoretical proof of it's its existence and it's its presence is only necessary to prop up yet other theories that probably aren't right either. True, that!

Believing in God frees a scientist to truely impartially search for an answer to the question since the answer, given God’s Power, could be ANYTHING no matter how farfetched or impossible seeming.

I haven't read this latest Lisa Randall book but I recommend it anyway. I've read every other book she has written and they are just uniformly good. Great gal. Smart as a whip.
