China's first lady seems to have suffered a regrettable make-up mishap at a swanky dinner last night.
Peng Liyuan - dubbed the Chinese Kate Middleton - was attending the Lord Mayor's banquet as part of her husband Xi Jinping's historic state visit to the UK.
But when Madame Peng, who was a famous folk singer before she married President Xi , arrived at the lavish do at London's Guildhall, something seemed odd with her foundation.
The fashion-conscious first lady had unsightly white powder all over her forehead and nose.

It’s poison. Trust me I know from my previous life. Never heard of anyone say “man that cocaine really helped me get the best education or job or wife.......” Just sayin’. :)
I think it is just a special face powder that photographs better than regular face powder and can’t be seen under ordiary light.
Not a big deal. Shows you the Brits have their heads up their butts if they think this is the most important thing they have to worry about.
Beheadings, trafficking of British schoolgirls and gang rapes are fine but, God forbid someone’s makeup photographs badly.

I thought cocaine was administered through the nasal passages. Maybe she thought it would enter her bloodstream faster by pasting it to her forehead.
