OK folks, the CBS nightly news tonight said that the office in Kentucky that declined to issue marriage licenses to gays will be open tomorrow morning.
And they said that it will issue licenses with Kim Davis's name/signature PRE-PRINTED ON THEM!!!
As far as I know, this is FORGERY!
And all involved have committed conspiracy to commit forgery!
They are not legal UNLESS she signs them and they have to recall her to put someone else in that job

Today in court she said to the judge that she would not allow it. That makes the title of the headline correct.

I believe that in The Old Testament, the people wanted judges like other nations had. God gave them judges. They didn’t like it.

If I was a pastor or Justice of the Peace in Kentucky, I would not perform a marriage, because TO DO SO, IMPLICATES THEM IN THE FORGERY!
of course the tyrannts are above, and excluded from, the unjust “laws” they force on everyone else (obamacare, amnesty, ESEA, TPP, TPA, EPA, etc. the Constitution is in shreds, but that’s not it’s fault. the fault lies with us for not standing up to these leftists years ago. so, again, may God bless Mrs. Davis.

using her name....her signature without her permission and in contradcition to her wishes....qualifies as forgery.

What would bills issued by a judge over the Secretary’s refusal be worth I wonder.
Actually I believe there’s a clause in the Constitution that could allow the courts to do that to pay the debt of the country. Unlike in this case.

That was not fraud.
I could use it on PO for items needed for office supplies when he was out of the office.

If I had used it to sign checks for capital expenditures or to sign PO's for shop supplies, that would have been fraud.
If I had used it in any way or at any time he did not authorize me to use it, that was fraud.
If this case, no authorization means fraud.
