Hillary Clinton should have to turn her computer hardware over to the federal government, House Speaker John Boehner now says, though he hasn't decided yet if he'll take legal action to force her hand.
'She violated the law, and the idea that she was going to use her own server and do official business on it goes against every transparency issue that the President likes to tout,' Boehner told Bloomberg News.
The Republican leader said the executive branch 'just can't ignore the fact that there are a lot of public documents on this server that the American people have a right to see.'
'And we believe that it’s time for Mrs. Clinton to turn that server and all those documents over to the IG, the Inspector General, at the State Department,' he added.
Boehner told Bloomberg that he's on the fence about whether to subpoena her property, though.
'I've not made any decisions yet but all options are on the table… If we need to do that, we may have to,' he said. It's important for the American people to know the truth about what happened in Benghazi and it's important to know what was going on at the State Department before, during, and after the events that occurred in Libya.'

If I'm NOT mistaken Trey Gowdy is not far behind him.
If the server itself still exists, more than likely, the hard drive has been removed from the server and destroyed.
Then, if they're really into the sham, a new hard drive was installed and then wiped.
In other words, if they did it right, there's no chance of retrieving any data from the server.
