Diane Andryshak said she and her husband hadnt been at odds.
We were not fighting, we were not arguing, she told WABC-TV.
Which is likely why the Middletown, New York, woman was extra shocked when she returned to her house Monday expecting to see this:
but instead she found her home demolished, with all of her belongings inside courtesy of her husband of nine years, police said.

Or did wifey have a secret lover somewhere?
At one time, he was pres of a company called Rhein Development. The fact that he knows how to operate a dozer tells me more....especially cuz he's a city boy.
Ah yes good point.
Out on $300 when he should be behind bars or in the psych ward.
Another thing...Why didn't she take his name?? And Andryshak is her parents name so if she was married before, she didn't take his name either...unless she changed it back (That's what my sister-in-law did)...and my niece.
Lol
I had a buddy in Tifton GA many years ago
A minor timber magnate
Wifey left him for a tennis instructor at Amelia Island
Really raked him hard for the cash with pricey Atlanta divorce lawyer
While she was in St. John’s with said lover my buddy took a Cat 550 log skidder and drove their entire 6000 sq ft country estate into shambles
Then told her it was all hers
Judge was not amused
My buddy said it was damn sure worth it
My husband is a superb carpenter, builder, handyman, car repairman, dog washer, painter, cigar smoking, scotch drinker. I tell his mom that MacGyver’s mom and Superman’s dad had an affair and 9 months later my MIL found my hubby in a basket, floating among the reeds.
Can you believe this moron?
Let's see: reality tv, oprah, dr. phil, facebook, twitter, reddit, pinterest, blogs... these are just anomalies, right?
She was married to a nutcase. NO way she didn’t know he was a nutcase, she just refused to believe it. Bet she believes it now- or she may be just as batty and ‘excuse’ it as a ‘bad day’ or a ‘mistake’. Nice reality check for her. Rubber room for him.
So, you think she told hiim to go ahead and do it and now she will use her ownership status to have him jailed and out of her hair? Do I understand you correctly?
I agree; it has become "a thing" since the 80s, when women got good-paying jobs in larger numbers.
As soon as we tore out the inside of our house, a neighbor stopped over and said, "Yeah, these old houses you tear out one thing, and seventeen things come with it." A rather true statement, as it turned out.
Still... wenever felt the need to bulldoze the place.
She is the owner.
Maybe it was load-bearing wallpaper.
Like this one?
Wow this is really sad. That woman has no recourse with her insurance company either I’m sure. I doubt there are any provisons for restitution in the event of spousal insanity.
The best she can hope for is to sue him for the loss. But I doubt that bum has any money. Can’t help but notice he was staying at home when she went to work. Seems like he’s not pulling in any bacon.
but the house is not in his name... okay...
Looking at the whole picture, I'd say she married him for his money. The place was recently assessed for $116,000.
Bet she doesn't have a slug nickel in the game.
Community property state and if he can prove every dime in the place is/was his, settlement will be worked out by the attorneys.
More to this.....much more.
Just because he did not call them does not mean he left the services active. He could have shut them off himself.
Some people are competent that way.
