I'm sure the town is well aware of "something" going on here. The $300 fine was probably because he didn't have a demolition permit and no more. It's his house...and he's probably been paying all the bills since day 1.

Another thing...Why didn't she take his name?? And Andryshak is her parents name so if she was married before, she didn't take his name either...unless she changed it back (That's what my sister-in-law did)...and my niece.

Records list Andryshak as the owner of the property; police said she never gave Rhein permission to demolish the house.

She is the owner.
