Marie posted a question I hadn't even addressed yet — what will the process be like if there's an outbreak during flu season?
One good thing is that [if I remember correctly] a blood test can determine Ebola within 24 hours. But during that 24 hours, what prevents Obama-care compounds from being bogged down with cleansing and preventive procedures?
Is there a plan to quickly train lay people to run blood tests safely in a tent outside the hospital? Do we have training videos ready? Is there a plan for keeping flu patients isolated from ebola patients during this 24 hour quarantine period prior to the blood test result?

Japan has 20 thousand doses of a similar drug that has been used in France successfully. It has been offered to WHO, but ZMapp and USA “cures” have sucked up all the oxygen in our News Media.
It will be interesting what they do with the reporter in Nebraska.
Just heard a recording of Duncan’s significant other and she said he had not been given the drug that cured the other Ebola cases and she did not think that AMERICANS were doing enough to cure him(not a direct quote).
I imagine he is receiving the same treatment that the majority of Americans will be getting. Apparently the super duper labs and drugs are not for us peons.

Good point on web conferencing. It is being used in West Africa, although probably not as much as it could be. I hope they will make that a priority (along with solar/battery for hospitals and clinics to maintain that communication capability, and some means of keeping the solar in place to prevent theft).

Thank you.
One of the problems that they’re having in Africa are that people sick with malaria or other problems are mixing with the ebola patients during triage.
How will our ‘advanced’ medical system handle that problem? Each individual will have to be isolated for the 24 hours that it takes to do the test.
