These criminals certainly stand out in a crowd - they all have rather distinctive tattoos on their faces. The mugshots show them with bizarre designs or phrases plastered on their foreheads.

lol. that is true
I saw a video for laser tattoo removal so I thought I’d check it out for my arm. I went for it yesterday and it really hurt like heck. They don’t put that in the video!
My wife asked how was it?
Told her I was appalled at the pain, actually sat there with a theatrical appalled face while he did it.
Feels much better this morning. The guy said next session April 24 could be last or possibly one more after that. It’s more like tattoo alteration with adding to it than removal. Wouldn’t want to go through that on the face. Never the face!
What else could be?
And gives you an aiming point.
Shirley, you jest! Can’t be racist, since he voted for Obama 6 times: twice in the Primary; and twice in each General.
Teardrop means you killed. One tear per kill.
The teardrop, I believe, is for those belonging to a gang, and signifies a murder here in the states. This, according to my instructor in Prison Contemporary Issues. He is the warden of a juvenile prison.
The Harry Potter guy (with a stupid-looking lightning bolt on his forehead) is #10, dear.
In the old days it was a notch on your gun, times sure have changed.
They get one teardrop for every murder they have committed.
I have no permanent ink and never will have any.
I very much preferred temporary, stick-on tattoos but have not worn any for about fifteen years.
One time I had one high and visible on my chest, a 1” red rose, and an unpleasant busybody
coworker was giving me grief about it. She refused to believe it was a decal until the next day
after I had washed it off.
Liberals. You can’t live with ‘em, and you can’t just shoot ‘em.
Another time, same butthead, I had a shiner, and she insisted! that I was a battered wife.
Actually, I really had walked into a door, literally. Anybody who knows me and Bryan would
believe that in a second, but not this one. She was going to call the cops on Bryan! I got out my
big guns (I told my boss to make her back off), and she left me alone. My boss knows Bryan
and is a friend of mine. We still email and exchange Christmas cards 17 years after I left the job.
POOR IMPULSE CONTROL
Might as well tattoo “kill me” on his forehead.
Same thing, really.
“A 1” red rose.. on my chest”.
Dang.... and here we all thought you were a sweet “old lady” when in reality... you are just plain WILD!! LOL!!!
Well, I prefer “unpredictable.” But thanks!
I always heard that a teardrop means you have killed someone.
It’s pretty sick to have a culture where that is something to advertise and be proud of.
I like the “MS-13” ones. Might as well be a bull’s eye tatoo.
Oh, one more thing—certainly only a “genius” would have his face plastered with ink. LOL!
The only way people with visible tattoos can get anywhere in life, make any kind of serious money, is if they have talent, either in sports or music. Maybe there are some other careers, but it certainly limits their options.
There's a really cute girl working at the local grocery store. I was ready to ask her out, then she had her hair up, and I saw a tattoo on her neck.
No longer interested.
