To all you Anti-Birthers who said we have to defeat Obama at the ballot box...
today | DiogenesLamp

Posted on 11/14/2012 8:14:02 AM PST by DiogenesLamp

A lot of people who were against us "birthers" said the issue was nonsense, and a distraction, and that we should quit wasting time on it because "we have to defeat Barack Obama at the ballot box." As a person who saw how the media swindled us out of the 2008 election, I never took it as a given that we would be ABLE to defeat Obama at the ballot box. Why would the media not do the same thing to us in 2012? Given that the election fraud perpetrated by Democrats had been taken to an entirely new level by this Chicago crew, I saw it as a real danger that winning an election against this guy was no sure thing. (He Cheats)

What I also saw in 2008 was someone who was inexplicably sensitive to issues regarding his birth and citizenship, and who displayed a degree of stubbornness towards it that could only be explained by the possibility that he was hiding something really bad. It was a loose thread sticking out. I had always thought we should pull at that thread and see what unravels, but there were those of you out there (and you know who you are) that were absolutely terrified and/or disdainful of touching this issue, and preferred to rely exclusively on a political campaign to save us from this Communist.

About as good as believing he will be removed for being ineligible to be president.

Yeah, conservatives should retreat into a world of snarky nutsiness. That will convince America to come to her senses.

There are an awful lot of FReepers who are afflicted with normalcy bias - the belief that we can get things back to normal through previously accepted and conforming methods. The ballot box has been corrupted and so have the minds of a majority of Americans. Whatever was normal in the past cannot and will not be returned to.

He was foreign born when it suited his needs. Then he was not, when it became an issue. The media were more than willing to cover for him.

Obama naturalized as a U.S. Citizen in 1983, but that’s irrelevant. ObamaCare is the Law of the Land. And this election was all about Immigration Reform.

Threat level: Midnight.

Hell I was among the first to believe he might be ineligible but I never held the fantasy that he would be removed because of it.

Thank you.

The “anti’s” rested on their delusion that the ballot-box would win out.

Presidents are elected, they announced by a willing press well before the “counting” is done.

To paraphrase Frank L. Baum: “Pay no attention to the counters behind the curtain. I’ll tell you who won.”

How delightfully reminiscent of the “Stop talking about the birth certificate!” “freepers” the past couple of years.

Hope you are overjoyed with the FRAUD for the next four!

Too much of hurry!

Corrections:

(1) Presidents ^AREN’T^ elected
(2) they ^ARE^ announced

Yeah, pursuing a Birther strategy would have worked out great. He wouldn’t have been removed, and we’d have lost about ten million more votes.

Birthers can never and will never succeed in unseating President Obama.

He has no legal or constitutional obligation whatever to prove his eligibility for election.

Even if he were ineligible, it would be up to the states and federal governments to initiate legal proceedings to establish his ineligibility.

This is something no federal or state Attorney General will ever do.

Mitt Romney came within 2% of beating the President.

Birthers will never come within a million miles of unseating him.

It became “snarky nutsiness” only because we allowed the enemy to define the situation. I agree, and have always agreed with the premise that Zero is a fraud and that fraud should be exposed.

We got further than all the fly by night lawsuits ‘birthers’ wasted time and effort on. At least we had a shot at defeating Obama. You have and have never had a chance since the 2008 election was certified. But don’t let the constitution stand in your way.

I don’t think it would be hard to prove he was not born in the United States. The problem is, no one wants to do it. They’d be called names. Who’da thought calling names would work.

I’m with you DiogenesLamp.

The eligibility issue is a Constitutional issue.

We should be demanding a congressional investigation, a special prosecutor and a Supreme Court review.

:: That will convince America to come to her senses. ::

You have over-interpreted the situation.

:: Hope you are overjoyed with the FRAUD for the next four! :: (And this can be seen as minimizing the situation.)

The so-called “Birthers” want simply to apply the Rule of Law (the ideology that our Republic stands on as a FOUNDATION!) to the sitting government. Is that so “batshit” crazy? Really?
