Today is a special day for my dad Dan. He is a veteran of the Korean War. He fought in the battle at Chosin Reservoir. He has won a purple heart and bronze star. He is the most amazing man to his seven kids and wife of 58 years.

My husband was in the Marines ‘59-’63, and if he could, he would wish the very best for you. God speed!
Prayers of gratitude for you father’s service as a Marine.
Also prayers for healing of this dreaded disease.

The author of the first saying, Sgt. Maj. Dan Daly, is one of only 19 Americans to have won the Medal of Honor twice. He claimed that what he actually said was, "For Christ's sake, men, come on! Do you want to live forever?"

Thank you for your service to our country. No words can express our gratitude.
Dear Lord,
Thank You for Dan and Dan’s family.
Thank You for the love they have for each other.
Thank You for Your love, grace and mercy and salvation only You can provide to each of us who accept You as Lord and Savior.
Thank You for Your comfort and peace Lord.
