I’m sure some poor radar operator pissed himself when he or she first saw the return climbing at such a high rate of speed...
Small return, appears suddenly already at a high rate of speed and accelerating.
Yep I’m sure some where some alarm bells went off and the pucker factor was high until it began maneuvering...

That’s impressive.
I’d worry about losing control of even such a small plane at that velocity. If it hit a stick-built home, I’m pretty sure it could penetrate an exterior wall.

I was into RC pretty heavily some years ago.
The tech strides made since then simply astound me.
Also, the pilot has to be damned good because things happen fast at those speeds.
A small loss of perspective will be magnified 10 fold...and I would probably augur it the first time up.
I'm most surprised at the glide ability of that thing, though, as most jet-powered RC's will usually glide like a rock.
I got pretty good with a P-51 Mustang, but compared to that jet, it was a dog.
Impressive!
