In another discouraging and revolting development, the 0 administration has submitted a report to the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights detailing this country's supposed failings and lapses. Maybe a few elements of progress were reported as well but that's not likely the focus of this unprecedented report.

Oh no, for this administration, the U.S. must be brought down to the level of all the other tormentors & barbarians in the world. It's our history, you know....

It truly takes demented minds to draw these moral equivalencies.

Ahhh, always here for the tummy tum tum. Wish I could cook something that looks this good, must settle on FRESH yard eggs on grits.

Am going to have to put my coffee cup into retirement, has seen its better days, never will find one as good as this one has been. A well traveled cup too, mile upon mile upon mile and yes, I shall put it in place of importance. Going to be hard to replace too.

Such a pretty day here in the way south of Ms, not a cloud in the sky, yet. Not hot, not cold, just right and that will change when the sun up through the trees.

Am praying all to stay safe in the path of the storm on the east coast and some advice, do not, do not try to be the bad Leroy brown in your neighborhood and stay to ride it out. Lock up and leave, turn everything off including your hot water tank, fill up your bath tubs with water so you will have some fresh water if the power is out for days. Yep, been there and done that, lots of times. Nothing to play with.

The last time I went to the store I forget to get the thing I really needed, got the little things, did not the big things. DID find a good sale on coffee and loaded up. bought 5 cans but did forget to get one of my favorites, sardines.....no love life to worry with, just me and the cats who love the smells of course and drives me crazy. gotta get me some for sure..

Allie running for VP at her grade at school, looks like she just might win, big store bought meal in the works for her if she does win.

I'm suspecting that after JT and the Bride put in their bid and it was accepted, that another offer slightly higher was received. I suspect that this is being used as an excuse to get out of the deal in order to accept (if indeed another bid was proffered) the higher bid.

I don't know if such is the case. This is my suspicion only.

Does anyone take a Magnesium supplement? This is supposed to help with muscle fitness and also nerves/sleep etc...

There's some magnesium in the calcium I take, but this would be an extra dose.

MKH...a couple of things: I've found that when taking supplements, etc. it make take awhile for the benefits to show up. If you're starting with a deficit, that has to be overcome, and your system may well take several or more doses to begin to heal.

Also I talked to the health food clerk at the store, and she recommended either a liquid form or a powder to be dissolved. Both of these are absorbed faster.

She said the liquid form was quite effective, but many have trouble with the taste, so I may go with the powder.
