Thinking about Nevil Shute reminded me of Paul Gallico and how long it's been since I read one of his books...

Does anyone take a Magnesium supplement? This is supposed to help with muscle fitness and also nerves/sleep etc...

There's some magnesium in the calcium I take, but this would be an extra dose.

Yes, I started an extra magnesium pill a couple of weeks ago. Not sure if it helps anything....
