That is strange. With a large military presence, knowing how the military moves? That’s strange, indeed. Never ran into something like that and I’ve had quite a few houses to sell, by myself.
I'm suspecting that after JT and the Bride put in their bid
and it was accepted, that another offer slightly higher was received. I suspect that this is being used as an excuse to get out of the deal in order to accept (if indeed another bid was proffered) the higher bid.
I don't know if such is the case. This is my suspicion only.
