Weirdest. Accident. EVER.

So, I'm coming home from work -- I bike home from work --and I stumble across an accident. It is the single weirdest thing I have ever seen. A car managed to climb up the guide wires of a telephone pole.
It was next to a TitleMax, so I assumed at first glance that it was some sort of promotional advertisement. I rode my bike right behind it, without realizing the danger of the situation. When the cop saw me, he waved me off.
Now, what I'm thinking is: WTF, and apparantly the cop is too. HOW do you MANAGE this one???? HOW do you explain THIS to GEICO????

Well, I went and looked on Google Earth . . . and that's the intersection all right. 3 blocks south of Shallowford Road, right off the end of the runway.
The Pad Thai place that was there when Google took the picture is now the Bamboo Grill and Hot Pot. Maybe it's just a bad location.

You know, it just proves the theory that if thieves had any brains, they'd have a real job.
Or, as my dad says, "The Fool Killer didn't get 'em all. But he's working on it."

Where's the obama bumper sticker?

"Tell the truth, you were driving the car, Laz..."
Why do you presume this? Because it's well-hung?
Thank you... thank you... I'll be here all week, try the halibut...

A great photograph!
It somehow has to be titled to represent Obama’s presidency.

I scanned around on Street View, but couldn't find a guy on a bicycle in the area that fits the Laz BOLO.

I’ve seen a guy in east Fort Worth that matches the BOLO, but the ride is too far.

We had thee same thing happen with a car accident here about a year or so ago. It is a strange thing the car has to hit it just right.
To: Lazamataz
Wow, you ride a bicycle on Buford HWY? You are brave, I’m half afraid to drive on that road.
To: Lazamataz
Umm....I did something similar a few weeks after I got my license. I jumped a curb, lost control and it went through the bumper, up the guide wire, and back down. *blush* I have been teased about it a whole lot. When the guy from SRP fixed it he said if that’s the worst accident a person ever has, that would be great. He said it was an easy fix. Air bags never even went off. The only thing really damaged was my ego.
