Bless her heart; and I don't mean that in the snarky Southern way. Having been there and done that, a couple of times, I can truly sympathize with Kirstie. I'm on the way down, now, and have held at 50 pounds down for a year. Now I gotta work on the remaining 70!

I know what to do, as Kirstie does, but it takes a real change of attitude as well as habits. It also takes getting up off your butt and exercising, which I can find so many excuses NOT to do! Regular exercise is a habit I haven't quite cultivated, but which I need to do, if I'm ever gonna reach my goal.

It has to do with the O2... people I've known with sleep apnea, who got diagnosed at a sleep disorders clinic, and wound up with one of those nighttime breathing machines, watched the pounds just drop off, and their daytime (and nighttime) breathing improved as a result.
