I said the same thing on another thread and got ripped apart. I didn't think it was such a confusing subject for some people. It IS simple.
If your body does indeed have a hormone balance that lowers metobolism... then eat less until your body doesn't gain weight. Guess what, people with LOW metabolisms AND who eat less, live longer then everyone else. Just cause you feel hungry doesn't mean you body needs twinkie.
