Well, it's bad form no matter who you do it to, but really bad form if you pull a stunt like that in front of a Price. You wouldn't do it to a President, a Pope, a general, etc., or anyone else. We live in an age where even elected officials have no idea of propriety or of what is expected and required of them in their public behavior. After all, these people represent us to the world, why can't they at least know enough to avoid embarrassing us?
