Vuokra-asunnon Vuokraaminen Turvallisesti (Zot Okra! Vuo-kitten-esti! Turareg! Turareg!)

This is about renting a house in Finland and using legal and correct forms to prevent problems. Article is in Finnish.

VINKKI! Tallenna sopimuksen pohja tietokoneelle painamalla oikeaa hiiren nappia ja valitsemalla Tallenna Kohde nimellä.

( Sopimusmallit perustuvat ympäristöministeriön asetuksiin asuinhuoneiston vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (537/2004) ja alivuokra-asunnon vuokrasopimuksen kaavasta (538/2004). )

Vuokra-asunto voi sitten alkaa metsästämään vaikkapa näistä lähteistä: Helsingin vuokra-asunnot, Turun vuokra-asunnot, Tampereen vuokra-asunnot, Oulun vuokra-asunnot, Joensuun vuokra-asunnot, Kuopion vuokra-asunnot sekä PK-Asunnot josta löytyy vuokra-asunto välittäjiä pääkaupunkiseudulta ja luultavasti Suomen suurin asunnon haku portaali, Etuovi com.

Internetin kautta siis löytyy vuokra-asuntoja todella hyvin ja kiinteistönvälitys yritysten suuntaus kohdentaa markkinointia Internetiin näyttää olevan entistä enemmän, mikä taas tarkoittaa kuluttajalle mukavaa tapaa selailla asuntoja kotitietokoneelta käsin.

Actually, if you’re on the east coast, I’m three hours later. We’re on PDT.

But don’t get me started on DST!

:o])

I’ve been sorting photos. Some to scan, some to put in albums. YOIKS! I didn’t realize they had gotten so disordered. And I now have about 10 rolls of film to get developed, so it seems like a never-ending job, here.

If I can get one of those handy photo/slide/negative scanners, I’ll get my dad’s glass slides scanned and sent to all the sibs. Although only two will care.

What’s happening with you? Go Spring, yet?

Not yet. Still cool mostly in the 40s but the snow is gone.

Mom is doing a similar project to yours but with the old photos she got from the grandma's. She went to WV and talked with her great aunt (who is 91) and got a whole bunch of people identified.

My brothers are really good at identifying folks in photos. I’ve been really lax on getting them stored properly for the last couple of years. Probably because if I felt half decent, I couldn’t concentrate and vice-versa.

I have photos of all my sibs that I’m sure are only one of a kind, so I need to get them scanned and sent.

It’s 73 degrees here. Not much wind, and the trees are giving us real shade, though it’s not a thick as it was last year.

Good evening. Supper is over, and Bill’s cleaning up. The fruit sauce was popular, and I used up all the pork that was in the freezer and a huge box of mixed greens. I don’t know what DP was thinking, buying a container the size of two gallons of milk, when he eats one small salad every other day.

Anyway, it’s eaten now!

LOL!

I don’t know what I want for supper. Not much appetite for some reason.

Pork sounds good, but it’s a frozen roast, and I might change my mind by the time it’s thawed out. :o]

Ours was thick chops, about 2”. I got them out of the freezer this morning, and some were still a bit stiff when I started cooking! I browned them in the skilled for about 15 minutes, and then put them in the oven covered with crushed pineapple for 20 minutes a side, while I made sauce with the pineapple juice and cooked the greens.

There were nine big chops, so there’s some leftover for tomorrow and Saturday.

Those are some good-sized chops! Do you go to a butcher shop for them?

No, they were probably in the “must go” bin at Harris Teeter. There’s some beef in the freezer, too, that I didn’t buy. I’ll have Bill make something in the crockpot next week. We only buy meat there when it’s on its last day; otherwise it’s too expensive!
