[history]
During the cold war, JFK claimed to have gone to the moon. He got congress to spend billions on his moon landing and pretended america landed there, convincing congress to give him billions, the fakeness of the landing is well documented.
It seems to me that this liberal moneybags, that he took these billions for personal use, or maybe gave them to the USSR (we all know he was soft on communism)
Perhaps his death was similarly staged in order to keep his billions or keep congress of his case.
I wonder if under an obama administration we will see more moon landings.

"If I were JFK, I would have wanted a nice cottage on the moon. With an airstrip." The best real estate on the moon is at the North or South Pole. There you can run a solar collector up a flagpole and receive solar energy twenty-four hours a day, (except for Earth eclipses).
I'd have a statue of Atlas in my front yard, that I could see from my living room window, and it would look like he was holding Earth on his back.
I'm a sucker for fine art.
But the best location for an "airstrip" is the very center of Nearside. There you can erect a "beanstalk" and take the elevator up to space.

If I were JFK, I would have wanted a nice cottage on the moon.I get it! Since the moon is made out of cheese, you are making a cottage cheese joke!

Kennedy did insist upon and initiate the plan, and then was killed when it was in its very early stages. That was his total connection with it.

The weather map shows your area being clear, but snow in the mountains to the west.
Any skiers in your bunch?
