Favorites: Rochefort Trappistes 8 for special occasions, Dogfish Head 60min IPA on draft at their brewpub, Sierra Nevada Pale Ale for casual drinking. Geez, I love so many of them, it's hard to pick just one! (I've had about 750 different beers and keep ratings of all of them.) Overall, my favorite style is probably IPA.
Best: I still can't pick just one. Rochefort 8 for sure, with Stone Ruination IPA a close second. I base this on 'goodness', not how often I would drink them.
Worst: Most macros are not good but still drinkable. Natty Ice, though, is gross. I had a John Harvards Strawberry Blond that tasted like strawberry cough syrup and chalk. Just hideous.
Experiment: Yes, but not as much as I used to. Right now I can't really afford to try a lot of the beers I would like to, so I stick with the tried and true.
Homebrew: No, I have too many hobbies already.
I like Blue, but have never had it when the outside temp was above about o degrees celcius. Good snowmobiling beer!
I am not specifically an IPA fan, but Berkshire Brewings Lost Sailor IPA is AWESOME!
Yes, please. But seriously:
What is your favorite brand or style?
I'm quite partial to IPAs of all brands.
What is the best beer you ever had?
Young's Double Chocolate Stout.
Chocolate and beer! How could you go wrong?
What is the worst beer you ever had?
Schaefer Light. 12 ounces of nasty.
Do you experiment with different types or stick to the tried & true?
Different types.
Recently I tried a 'Three Philosophers' from Brewery Ommegang.
It's expensive but at 9.8% alcohol, you get your money's worth.
Do you home brew?
I leave that to the professionals.
How soon until Coors sues them for stealing their receipe?
LOL...
Excellent!
Jose Cuervo is a friend of mine!
That's a winning formula too.
So, if you're in a Pabst bar that has pickled pig's feet and pickled eggs and you frequent the next-door pizza place with sausage sandwiches and stop on your way home at the Taco Bell for a couple of bean burritos, you could properly be described as an eco-terrorist.
You cannot find a better tasting beer in America for the price Pabst sells for. It has become huge among younger people around Philly. Yuengling Lager and Pabst are doing a big number on the better-known brands here.
Here's my endorsement for the Long Trail Brewing Company's Double Bag ale. Unbelievably good tasting and nearly double the alcohol. Be careful but it's a great brew.
Also, Ireland Parish Ale from the Paper City Brewing Company in Holyoke, Mass.
What is your favorite brand or style? Fat Tire is my favorite, as for favorite style it depends on the day, my beer mood changes much like my musical mood, could be a good day for a light pilsner, could be a good day for a burnt bitter
What is the best beer you ever had? 2004's version of Avery's The Beast, every year is different but they tend to be tasty, also pricey and high in alcohol content
Waht is the worst beer you ever had? Bud, I think it's in their corporate charter to never make anything remotely drinkable
Do you experiment with different types or stick to the tried & true? Always looking for something new and interesting
Do you home brew? Too lazy
They make a damn good IPA (imo), too. OK, so it's the only Paper City brew I've tried.
Yeungling scares me! < shiver >
Let's drink!
Priceless! :)
OK, time for some FReeper Karaoke. Sing it Hoodlum!
Well its sunday morning
And the sun is shining in my
Eye that is open
And my head is spinning
Was the life of the party
I can't stop grinning
I had to much tequila last night
Jose Cuervo
You are friend of mine
I like to drink you with
A little salt and lime
Did I kiss all the cowboys
Did I shoot out the lights
Did I dance on the bar
Did I start any fights
Now wait a minute
Things don't look to familiar
Who is the cowboy who's sleeping beside me
Well he's awful cute
But how'd I get his shirt on
I had to much tequila last night
Jose Cuervo
You are friend of mine
I like to drink you with
A little salt and lime
Did I kiss all the cowboys
Did I shoot out the lights
Did I dance on the bar
Did I start any fights
All those little shooters
How I love to drink them down
Come on bartender lets have another round
Well the music is playing
And my spirits are high
Tomorrow might be painful
But tonight we're going to fly
Jose Cuervo
You are friend of mine
I like to drink you with
A little salt and lime
Everytime we get together
I sure have a good time
You're my friend, you're the best
Mi amigo... (Mi amigo!)

And here I thought I was the only one who marinated chicken in beer! Love it! (I often add a honey mustard glaze then Bar-b-que. Delicious!)
I KNEW IT!
That sure explains alot.. :P
Celis Raspberry - yummy but hard to find anywhere...
Well, I admit to it. I love the stuff! I am not a beer snob.
I do have a vote for the worst beer ever though. My father and I once saw Buckhorn Beer. We thought, why not, we'll try it. It was so bad that we took the remaining 4 beers from the six pack after we dumped our open ones down the sink, and shot them.
