And now for tonights Dinklemeyer:
This one is continuing the story started last week: Deathball. This story is a culmination of the awful memories I have being forced to play volleyball in Middle School.
So awesome, it took two posts, LOL.
WOW awesome! howmany as of this posting?
Thought I was scaring everyone away with my 'deep moments'.... NEVERMIND. :)
what do you mean by deep moments?
729.
A little bit scared about scaring away people, are we?
Seems that when I came back from watching Starsp Troopers everyone vanished.
Well, it's rare for a FReeptoon thread to last this long.
Always paranoid.
Yeah. I hope this thread continues to live on even longer. Paul Verhoeven hinted at making another Starship Troopers movie. He is a great filmmaker. I hope that if it is true that Dina Meyer and Denise Richards are back. Although its a shame that Brenda Strong's (she played the captain of the ship named Roger Young) character died.
See 173.
Nothing wrong with that, I guess.
Personally, I'm always carefully looking at how many views each cartoon thread gets. You can call that an issue if you want.
I think they did make another Starship Troopers movie, but it was direct-to-video. Maybe they'll make a bigger part 3?
Yeah I do that with the few threads I make lol. When I ran the Singles Thread I usually only got 300 or 400 views.
(Barb's deep question of the day.)
Well, sometimes you get a lot and sometimes you don't.
When I did that vanity on the anti-war movement I was hoping it would be a big deal but it only got about 400 views.
Remember the self-conscience dinosaur from Toy Story? That's me.
The answer is no. I've heard of people forgetting to open the flue to their fireplace and dying, but that's about it.
Starship Troopers 2: Hero of the Fedration was made by special effects person Phil Tippet. It was direct to video. Paul Verhoeven hinted at a third movie which will probably be released in theaters. Neither of the movies were true to the novel but they were good in their own right. I also like Paul Veroeven's satire elements that he adds in all his films (the same satire TV advertisments seen in the Robocop movies were done in the first Starship Troopers).
LOL.
The thing with me is that when you post a thread like the cartoons I do, because there's so much personal, hand-crafted work involved, you tend to have more of a personal affection for the thread than you normally would. You really want to see it do well because you worked so hard on it.
