We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail!
Good evening!!
Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The pummeling that movie theaters took in 2005 is sending crisis shock waves through Hollywild. Hint, guys, maybe a few less gay, lesbian, and transgender movies, and some more of what average America might like because, well, you're not reaching average America!
Before his trial, former Enron CEO Ken Lay has announced to the media that he was a victim of "a wave of terror" from prosecutors.
And Grey Lines is now offering a "New Orleans, Katrina--America's Worst Disaster" tour.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Putting out a positive US message AND getting libs in a lather.... I like it!
What?
I got out of school around 8:30 last night. I am directing a school play, so our rehearsal finished at 5:00. It was then prepare the classroom for a sub for today.
We most likely not head to Madison because of the impending storm, but can accomplish a few medical tests here at our local hospital. (For youngest daughter who's on growth hormone shots.)Otherwise we work closely with the endochronology unit at Madison's UW Children's Hospital.
Foreign media outlets?
Heck... we could use that here.
Good Morning!
I am feeling sorry for Toby (new dog that Oliver brought home labor day 05.. and was HIS dog). He is grieving terribly. He is mostly laying on spot where I brought O's body night one. He has his baby (teddy) that O never let him have/play with) as a pillow. Poor guy.
Because of toe pad injury from LAST monday he is limited in his outdoor excursions, but I take him out a couple times a day for easy time.
That picture is so poignant. Thank you for posting that. I have seen my dogs grieve for a lost member of the family. I think they do know what has happened and they experience a loss, too. Some dogs have grieved for their own loss and some have appeared to feel they must feel in the gap I'm feeling.
You know the stages of grief. You know not to fight it but to acknowledge it and take some time for yourself. I am especially praying for your mother and your relationship with her right now.
"Pentagon Stealth PR"........I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And, it's about time.
Awwwwwwww........What a sweet face!
Jemian is so right. Don't fight the grief, Dolly.
You and Toby can comfort one another, and it will be good for you both.
>>even though State has issued a global warning
My company sends out the warnings when they happen. THis one was general and global - and referenced the Iraq elections.
Yes, true. One cannot ignore grief, go around it or over it. You must go THRU it. to do otherwise is quite unhealthy in every way. Toby is a sweet pup. Another throw away. I don't know how people can do that, I truly dont
Mom & I are doing quite well, she is able to focus on something different, although sad. . She really is hurting over O also. He would hop in her bed, keep her warm, lick her voraciously.
That story of the fake ballots on the border of Iraq? It has been shown to be fake. HA!
Dolly, that is a very sweet pic.You and Toby have each other. That is good.
Busy day doing errands because of expected bad weather the rest of the week...
Cat pulling ornaments off the tree behind me...You'd think he'd outgrow this stage, but NOOOO....
Ben Franklin's Letters go on display
The twin failures of multiculturalism and integration - Australia
Bad Faith Tony Blankley on Dems calls for withdrawal
LOL! And the city will welcome the tourists, no doubt...
Jemian, where is that refutation of the smuggled and "partially filled out" Iraqi ballots?
The article I read was so plausible...even said the captured driver told them that there had been 3 other trucks that had already crossed the Iranian/Iraqi border.
I'm glad to know that the story was a fake, but who wrote the original one.....was it a Jason Blair effort to return to his old job at NYT?
I'm watching Fox and the discussion has been on the healing properties of dog saliva. I have heard of this all my life and I know dogs are sympathetic and want to take care of injuries. BUT NOW WE HAVE PROOF!! It was on Fox so it has to be true. A person from the Mayo clinic wrote in and identified the protein found in high concentrations in dog saliva which promotes healing of wounds. HA! So now we know.
I have a feeling your dear Oliver had a different personality than Toby....strong....I can handle anything attitude...yet very....very....loving.
Toby, may be a little different in personality....yet very loveable....cuddly..in comparison to Oliver....?? a tad lazier.
With you loving care, he may turn out almost like his big brother....but...if he doesn't with your loving care...I know....for a fact......he will be a great canine FRIEND!
Good morning. This article says the story about trucks being found with fake ballots is false.

The original story was NYT and only supported by one source. I have learned painfully that trusting just one source is a mistake. Always have at least two separate and corroborating sources.
