Thanks for the ping! I came up as Raistlin Majere. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I've never read any Dragonlance.

Which historical character are you?
When people oppose your leadership and ideas you prefer to
A. Send them to a slave camp in the far North areas of the motherland.
B. Have informed, open discussions where all ideas are
equally welcome and encourage them to reelect you.

If students and others in a Country under your control are peacefully protesting you prefer to
A. Send in tanks and troops and crush any so called rebellion.
B. Encourage the spirit of freedom and democracy as long as the protests are non violent.

You think some within your own government may not be fully loyal to you- You
A. send in the secret police, hold a secret trial, and send the persons to a secret prison. Where you torture and kill them,
B. Call a friendly journalist and arrange a press leak.

Your definition of immigration reform is?
A. to keep too many people from leaving the country.
B. to keep too many people from coming into the country

I love tests with the obvious right answer. LOL

If you answered mostly A- you are Stalin or another leader of Totalatarian regimes. If you answered mostly B- you are the leader of most Western style Republics or Democracies
If you answered A and B equally you are no doubt my mother.

I've never read any Dragonlance either, but according to his Wikipedia entry he seems to be a good guy. I think.

I'm sorta bummed that I didn't come up as a Babylon 5 character... I coulda been G'Kar, or Londo...

So, if I want to completely destroy a planet because its sky is the completely wrong shade of pink... That's OK, right, patton?

I defer to your expertise. Maybe it was one of the paperbacks with Admiral Thrawn that Mara Jade made her book debut. It was a long time ago 8>(

Oh dear...

Which Fantasy/SciFi Character Are You?

An accomplished diplomat who can virtually do no wrong, you sometimes know it is best to rely on the council of others while holding the reins. There are some words which I have known since I was a schoolboy. "With the first link, the chain is forged. The first speech censored, the first thought forbidden, the first freedom denied, chains us all irrevocably." These words were uttered by Judge Aaron Satie -- as a wisdom, and warning. The first time any man's freedom is trodden on, we're all damaged.
