Everyone Survived!!!
Posted on 01/02/2005 3:56:06 PM PST by gbop
No No, All of the people in the picture survived. This due to quick acting by-standers who immediately helped two people with mouth2mouth but all others did not need help, but rather minor medical attention to cuts and bruises. The cameraman on the van/truck survived as well.

    Incredible. I felt so depressed when I saw those photos, so sure they all were killed.
 It's great news to hear they actually survived. Thanks!

    So, let's recap...

We have an image that is not from the recent tsunami but from one two years ago. We have a newbie(?) who started a brand new thread when a reply on an existing thread would have sufficed. We have a new thread posted with no image or article. We also have the confusion over the woman trying to rescue her family. The series of pictures regarding that is on its own thread.

It's January 2nd. Is this the contest to see how many posting crimes one can commit in the first week of the new year?

; )

    It's January 2nd. Is this the contest to see how many posting crimes one can commit in the first week of the new year? That's how you see it from your side. From our side, we're trying to see how many people will continue to keep alive a thread that makes absolutely no sense whatsoever. ;-}

    Amazingly enough... that swedish family actually did live through it. It was in the La Times today. When i saw this photo a few days ago... I just knew there was no way they could have made it...
