I suggested modifications where the side doors became fixed and the windsheild swings to one side. This makes fishing easy. I actually suggested that to the factory as an option and they did it. I kept my removable side doors. I also suggested an easy folding wing modification which cut down on hanger space. The bird was 24 feet long with a 31 foot wingspan. They offered that later too.

The really miserable boss is at my f.t. job., which is government (that explains it, huh.) Our dept. was loaned a shredder for 2 days, so had to get it all done in those 2 days. During the afternoon of the 2nd day, this Tues., still had a lot to do, so I was motivating to get it done before quitting time (and we did, too). She came up behind me and joked that I was taking it too seriously. Then yesterday I teased her about giving us more work and got a short lecture. That's just one instance, she's like that all the time. (Her nickname is the 'Gestapo'.)

The place that is monitoring employees talking is part-time, my 2nd job, which is retail. They have had 13 employees either quit or fired in the last year. More than the old timers there have ever seen. They're probably financially nervous cuz they moved to a new larger location about 1 1/2 yrs ago and just enlarged the store just a few months ago. Still good to keep retail employees happy to ensure success of the store.

Thanks for that ping, Amy. I read the post, and thank YOU, PAL! Also saw where CG mentioned that it would be pretty difficult to fly/land/maneuver the way I put it in that beach scene! LOL! (Shhhhhh! PAL and I don't know 'bout those things - I just wanted a pretty blue sky and some water for background!)

It hasn't been too slow, but I may catch up with myself before I need to head out for some errands.

Sometimes making all the preparations for a vacation can exhaust a person.

I got a perm on Tuesday; I really need to buy another pair of shoes; that may have to wait until next week!
Last week, I bought a light weight jacket and new slacks and top. Hope the shoes is the end of the shopping. LOL
