LOL
I thought of you when I played Hugging and Chalking. Glad I got your attention with Benny Goodman. I had never thought of him living on a farm. I guess I always picture entertainers as living in Hollywood or NYC.

We went to a banquet tonight honoring this year's basketball team. They had a tough year and it was important, as fans, to let them know we appreciated their effort.
This was a team that will be remembered for a long time because of the adversity they faced. Three starters were removed from the team for the year. This forced the remaining players to play extra minutes and forced some to become starters before they were ready. A very special group of young men.
We had a nice evening; we visited with friends and the food was excellent.

Good evening, Victoria. I'm sure you have headed for bed by now. :)
Thank you for playing Willie Nelson!
The 4 year old is coming over tomorrow afternoon to spend the night. Hope I get a chance to join you for music tomorrow night. Sometimes she demands my attention; she thinks I'm her playmate. Let's watch a movie or read me a story or can I play Maisy on the puter. I adore her!!! She's my surrogate grand-daughter.
Have a great Wednesday.

Bedford, NY (Westchester County) is within the prime commuting area for, say, Wall Street partnerships, so this is decidedly gentlemanly farming :-) Benny Goodman had 40 acres of it. Most of that was later sold off for development but the main house -- seven bedrooms -- still has 10 acres. The property was just sold for over two million dollars.
Thanks for "Huggin' and Chalkin'" -- gave me the giggles :-)
