A federal judge ruled Wednesday that students of the opposite biological sex must be allowed to share shower spaces and dorms at a Christian college in Missouri.
Judge Roseann Ketchmark of the District Court of Western Missouri ruled against the College of the Ozarks, a Christian college which had sued President Joe Biden’s administration over its transgender discrimination policies, lawyers representing the school said Wednesday evening. The college had challenged Biden over his Jan. 20 executive order, which prevented schools from denying children access to bathrooms of their choosing.
“Women shouldn’t be forced to share private spaces, including showers and dorm rooms with males, and religious schools shouldn’t be punished simply because of their beliefs about biological sex,” Julie Marie Blake, senior counsel for the Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), told reporters following the ruling Wednesday evening.
“The Biden administration’s overreach continues to victimize women, girls and people of faith by gutting their legal protections, and it must be stopped,” she continued.

Although I agree with the sentiment and that the devil hates us, I think most of these people do it for the reason that C.S. Lewis so aptly named, “The Tyranny of the Good.”

The women’s husbands or fathers should be able to solve that problem. It does not matter if the judge says that they can. They [the husbands and fathers] make so that they do not want to shower and use the toilet facilities with their wives and daughters. Enough broken bones and they will get the message. But do we still have men who would do that any longer? “do that” being protect their wives and daughters from predatory animals. I would but my daughter has a husband that is willing and able to protect her and my wife has passed away. In practice, I don’t see that [biological men using the women’s facilities if there are enough men around. One lesson why they shouldn’t use the women’s facilities should suffice.
How did these degenerates become so powerful?

So this is a PRIVATE college? How does a federal judge have any authority over it?

In the brief period since Obama was in office we went from:
1 - civil unions -- don't worry, we won't call it marriage or make anybody else support them, it'll just be for legal purposes like automatic wills and hospital visits. At this point even Obama said he was against gay marriage.
2 -- gay marriage -- don't worry, we won't force you to call it marriage or anything like that. Just let the gays and their loved ones call it marriage in a legal sense.
3 -- gay marriage on steroids -- okay, now you can be fined out of business if you don't applaud their gay marriage, but don't worry, we won't force Christian churches or charities to do so.
4 -- even the Sisters of the Poor was legally punished all the way to the Supreme Court (which they won). And TG'ers should be allowed in any public restroom, but don't worry, we won't force private owned restrooms to do it.
5 -- if you don't allow perverts into your women's restrooms you'll be fined out of business. But don't worry, we won't force it on Christian institutions.
6 -- today they force it on Christian institutions too.
Remember this as they slowly creep onto us socialism and promise it'll be just a little bit of it, or just slightly lowering the age of consent for minors with adults, or letting illegal aliens vote in local elections only, not national ones, or taking away guns from just the criminally insane, etc.
someone should always be available to make sure when she goes to the bathroom there is always a man who goes at the same time.
they already tried this at my old college. the press tried to spin this up. they only care about tearing down places like this
